In order to help you get the correct equipment we would like to know what sort of work you need it to do. We are interested in knowing how much material you need and how often. For example: I’m potting an electronics part with 30cc per part. We need to run 800 parts per shift. Or: We need to supply mixed resin to vacuum infuse large FRP structures, using 80-250 gallons of resin per part. We often don’t need to know the proprietary details, just an outline of what the equipment requirements are.
Epoxies, Methacrylates, Silicones, and urethanes all need to be handled differently. The viscosity of the materials, and the mix ratio will often affect the metering equipment choices. If you could include a TDS (technical data sheet) it will help us get you the correct options.
Upload a TDS (Technical Data Sheet) or SD (Safety Data) so we can learn more about your material.
Max. file size: 25 MB.
How big are the shots dispensed, how many shots per shift, etc…
This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
