In order to help you get the correct equipment we would like to know what sort of work you need it to do. We are interested in knowing how much material you need and how often. For example: I’m potting an electronics part with 30cc per part. We need to run 800 parts per shift. Or: We need to supply mixed resin to vacuum infuse large FRP structures, using 80-250 gallons of resin per part. We often don’t need to know the proprietary details, just an outline of what the equipment requirements are.
Epoxies, Methacrylates, Silicones, and urethanes all need to be handled differently. The viscosity of the materials, and the mix ratio will often affect the metering equipment choices. If you could include a TDS (technical data sheet) it will help us get you the correct options.
Upload a TDS (Technical Data Sheet) or SD (Safety Data) so we can learn more about your material.
Max. file size: 25 MB.
How big are the shots dispensed, how many shots per shift, etc…

Description

Industrial Two Part Dispensing System In Compact Footprint

When to Choose Compact Perfect Flow: Designed for high-volume, continuous production, the Compact Perfect Flow series excels in demanding industrial environments. Whether potting, casting large parts, resin infusion, roll-coating, finger jointing, adhesive application, or resin transfer molding, this system ensures efficient operation over multiple shifts. The Compact Perfect Flow is particularly effective for applications involving paste materials, such as adhesive bonding, hard point filling, or wood patching. It’s the go-to system for handling high viscosity materials that do not self-level, making it indispensable for projects requiring precise control and continuous delivery.

Compact Perfect Flow for Paste:

  • Key Features: Tailored for paste applications, equipped with Ram Feed Pumps to handle very high viscosities.
  • Dispensing Capability: Delivers material with double acting pumps for high output, with flow rates up to 20 lbs./min, adjustable to suit the task.
  • Material Compatibility: Ideal for Epoxy, Urethane, Silicone, Methacrylate, and more.
  • Options: Includes Snuff Back Gun, Electronic Shot Size Control, and Heaters for maintaining optimal material viscosity.

Standard Compact Perfect Flow:

  • Versatility: Can dispense a wide range of viscosities up to 30,000cps, suitable for a variety of materials including acid catalyst wood adhesives, polyester resins, or methacrylate adhesives.
  • High Output: Provides continuous output with options for electric/hydraulic power to prevent freezing in pneumatic equipment during large part production.
  • Control Options: Features pneumatic controls, with options for an electronic shot size controller, manual thumb button, or automated machine interface.

Specifications for Both Configurations:

  • Ratio Adjustment: Easy slide mechanism allowing ratio adjustments from 1:100 to 1:1.
  • Standard Features: Feeds from reservoirs, drums, or totes using standard disposable static mixers. All controls are pneumatic, ensuring reliable operation without the need for electricity, though electric/hydraulic power options are available.
  • Options: Extensive options including Ram Supply Pumps for paste materials, Snuff Back Gun, Electronic Shot Size Control, Heaters, Agitators, Carts, Drum Racks, Tote Stands, Vacuum Degassing Tanks, and Supply Pumps.

Why Choose Compact Perfect Flow? The Compact Perfect Flow systems are built for the challenges of high-volume production where precision and reliability are paramount. Offering versatility for both standard and paste materials, these systems ensure optimal performance in a wide range of industrial applications. Whether dealing with large parts, complex adhesive applications, or high viscosity materials, the Compact Perfect Flow delivers continuous, controlled dispensing for superior production efficiency.
