In order to help you get the correct equipment we would like to know what sort of work you need it to do. We are interested in knowing how much material you need and how often. For example: I’m potting an electronics part with 30cc per part. We need to run 800 parts per shift. Or: We need to supply mixed resin to vacuum infuse large FRP structures, using 80-250 gallons of resin per part. We often don’t need to know the proprietary details, just an outline of what the equipment requirements are.
Epoxies, Methacrylates, Silicones, and urethanes all need to be handled differently. The viscosity of the materials, and the mix ratio will often affect the metering equipment choices. If you could include a TDS (technical data sheet) it will help us get you the correct options.
Upload a TDS (Technical Data Sheet) or SD (Safety Data) so we can learn more about your material.

How big are the shots dispensed, how many shots per shift, etc…

Description

Sub Compact Perfect Flow: Compact Meter Mix Dispense System with Big Machine Features

When to Choose Sub Compact Perfect Flow: Ideal for applications requiring continuous output of up to 6 lbs/min dispensing low viscosity materials. The Sub Compact Perfect Flow, powered by an air cylinder and double acting piston pumps, delivers precisely proportioned materials to a static mixer where they are blended and dispensed. This system is perfect for operations that require a reliable, pneumatic solution without the need for electrical power, making it suitable for filling small, delicate parts or handling moisture-sensitive materials.

Sub Compact Perfect Flow Features:

  • Dispensing Capability: Capable of delivering up to 6 lbs per minute with a low viscosity material. The system automatically pumps as long as the run switch is pressed, ensuring consistent material delivery.
  • Material Compatibility: Specifically designed for low viscosity and moisture-sensitive materials, utilizing abrasive resistant, piston pumps with hardened parts and wear take up seals for extended durability.
  • Standard Features: Comes with nine-foot hoses and a mixer gun. Includes hardened piston pumps and wet cups to protect pistons from damage caused by moisture-sensitive materials. Operates without electricity, using pneumatic controls for all operations.
  • Control Options: Features simple pneumatic controls with options for a pneumatic thumb control or foot switch.
  • Options: A variety of options are available, including shot size controller, dispensing guns with shut off, snuff back or dynamic mixing features; reservoir heaters, mixer manifold mounted on the machine, reservoirs ranging from 2½ gallons to 8 gallons, agitators, vacuum reservoirs, and drum feed options.

Specifications for Sub Compact Perfect Flow:

  • Ratio Adjustment: Comes preset within one of four ratio ranges, fully adjustable within that range to suit specific application needs.
  • Maintenance: Daily cleanup is straightforward—simply remove the static mixer, wipe and cap the manifold.
  • Additional Features: The system includes a variety of spare parts and provides easy access to technical support to ensure optimal performance.

Why Choose Sub Compact Perfect Flow? The Sub Compact Perfect Flow system is designed for high efficiency in applications that require continuous, precise dispensing of low viscosity materials. It offers big machine features in a compact size, making it an excellent choice for both large and delicate part production where electrical power is not preferable or available.
